Challenge

Gene’s original brand identity lacked cohesion and a defined point of view. Its visual language felt dated and generic, making it difficult to stand out in an increasingly saturated creative industry. There was a need to better reflect the brand’s forward-thinking approach while retaining its accessible and collaborative spirit.

Solution

We redefined Gene’s identity with a bold yet flexible system: strong use of typography, expressive layout behavior, and a renewed tone of voice. The facelift introduces a more confident, character-driven visual identity — one that better reflects Gene’s creative edge, adaptive mindset, and human-centered thinking.
